January 1, 2005—David Snyder, CEO of Snyder Inc. of Raleigh, N.C. has become Business Development Counsel for Headway Corporate Resources, a major national human resources development and recruiting firm headquartered at 317 Madison Avenue in New York.

As a result of this business to business alliance, David Snyder is working closely with Headway CEO J.P. Sakey, a former monster.com executive and internationally respected innovator in human resources and staffing solutions. Snyder, Sakey and other Headway executives are developing a full-platform of selection tools and assessment tools to help corporations do a more accurate job of selecting executives and team members who have the character traits and values that will create higher productivity, innovation and team-oriented behavior in the workplace.

In this first phase of the partnership, Snyder and Sakey have created a full character-based platform for assessing and selecting sales professionals across multiple industries.

In related news, Headway has hired Teresa Spangler, a Vice President of the Tom Peters Company and former VP of Sales for software giant Red Hat as VP of Strategic Initiatives for Headway.

Spangler and Snyder are currently in the process of developing a wide range of assessment tools, programs and training modules that can help corporations do a more effective job of defining the critical talents and skills that must be present on high-performing teams.
