WHO NEEDS THIS?
1. Anyone who wants to start his or her own business and
work from home, successfully, with minimal overhead.
2. Anyone who is dissatisfied with their careers
and wants to be happy in their work.
3. Anyone who already has a business but feels that they
are at a loss for how to gain access to more clients and
do a better job of marketing.
Topic: Spirituality in business
is the hottest topic in the business world today.
Most business experts agree that lasting personal happiness
and sustained wealth will come from the application of spiritual
business principles. Noted business speaker David
Snyder, author of the critically acclaimed book, How
To Mind Read Your Customers, brings these principles
to life in a stirring and life-changing day of pivotal lessons,
uplifting stories and specific business strategies gleaned
from the experiences David has had in interacting and collaborating
with inspiring business leaders around the nation as he
continues to travel as a strategic consultant and speaker.
The Principles:
G--God. The word God is no longer taboo in
business circles. As a matter of fact, many successful
business people say that despite your belief system, it
is always best to make God a part of your business and that
your business will never be as successful as it can be without
God's guidance and advice. Why ignore the creator
of the universe if it is true that God also wants to help
you build your own galaxy of success? Don't be afraid
to tap into the wisdom of the loving creator who hung the
stars above your head.
I--Inspiration. Many people fail to
realize their own potential or their best inspirations.
It is essential to nurture your originality and creativity--even
pamper it when necessary. Never let other people scoff
at your ideas, and do not let the ideas that excite you
go to waste. Excitement is from God. You simply
have to learn to focus it. If anyone has
ever called you crazy, feel blessed. "Normal" people
seldom ever get rich.
V--Vitality. Once you have decided to follow
your dreams, despite the criticism of naysayers, nags, jealous
people and doomsday prophets, you need to build your physical
and mental strength. Use spiritual principles
to stop worrying or having any anxiety. Worry zaps
90 percent of our strength. Just don't do it.
Listen to your heart. Pray. Exercise.
Ignore the critical judgments of most human beings unless
you know them to be a saint or a genius. Have them
tested first to make sure. Give generously to yourself.
Enjoy each day. Do something nice for yourself each
day even if no one else does and thank God for it.
I--Integrity. Integrity equals innocence.
Just never do anything that you don't think God would be
proud of. If you do your best to behave this way,
and always put the other person's interests first, you will
always be right. If you act this way and people
still criticize you, just laugh and go about your business
and pray that God might help them.
N--Neutrality. Try to keep a neutral mind
about everything. Never allow yourself to get
angry. Never take things personally.
Always remember that human beings are rarely in a position
to judge anyone else's behavior accurately. Always
remember that "Superior People are Persistently Kind and
leave the Rest Up To God."
G--Generosity. Give generously to others
and give generously to your own dreams. Don't be afraid
to help people for free. It will come back to you
tenfold.
Specific Business Skill Set Training:
* Where to Invest. Invest in yourself.
Limit your expenses to specific business needs. Useless
purchase of overly expensive and unnecessary material goods
does not indicate a future millionaire. Investing
in other companies is fine for a hobby, but remember, when
you invest in your own ideas, you keep everything that's
not taxable. That beats Wall Street every time.
* Product and Service Development, Marketing, and Management.
It's all about simplicity. Drawn from his highly acclaimed
American Management Association book on the psychology of
sales, marketing and customer service, David Snyder will
show you exactly how top performing small companies define
their market niche, plan their marketing, develop content,
write proposals, and advertise on a shoe-string. You
will learn the entire development to marketing process.
* Basic techniques of advanced selling. It's
all about naturalness. Believe it or not but people
like to give money to nice people. Why not take some
of it. There's a lot of it out there.
Also, based on Snyder's forthcoming book, How to Mind
Read Your Customers, this seminar will give you the
basic rules of salesmanship fast.
* Networking. Where does this
expression come from? Originally, it referred to fishermen
working their nets, casting wide to maximize their chances
for catching fish. Now with the world wide web and
the easy use of the "Net" it is easy to see how working
your nets takes on a whole new meaning. Learn how
to create the mushroom effect in your business to gather
more word of mouth marketing. How to get other people
to help you build your network for free. The best
strategies for beginners to begin creating and managing
their network.
* Managing Fear. God knows
no fear and desires for you to be fearless as well.
Arrogant self-important blowhards will try to frighten you
like Goliath. You will learn how to laugh at
them and shoo them away with the stone of self-confidence.
* Reality Check Maintenance.
You probably have more money than your high-spending neighbor.
Try to stay that way. Always remember that most real millionaires
dress so that you would never know. Many of them drive
used cars and buy their clothes from K-Mart. On the
contrary, more than 70 percent of some people living in
"gated communities" are on the verge of bankruptcy.
Ever driven by fancy neighborhoods and wondered where all
the money comes from? The bank. And they're
still charging 18 percent whether you can afford to pay
or not.
* And finally, you will learn the basics of DEDICATION:
Dedication:
How Winners Make Their Dreams Come True
| D: |
Determination. Realize
that God did not create you for no reason.
You probably already know in your heart what you
were born to do. Stop disbelieving that you
can do it. Admit that God has been waiting
for you to ask His help. |
 |
|
| E. |
Enthusiasm. Be enthusiastic
about yourself and others. The more time you
spend showing appreciation and enthusiasm for others,
the more you will learn to appreciate yourself.
This is vital. |
 |
|
| D. |
Development. Don't worry
about the finish line. First and foremost,
you must enjoy the race. You must take joy
in the small steps you make towards your goal.
Like a concert violinist, you must enjoy the small
daily tasks of practicing your scales. Carnegie
Hall will come eventually but only if you love the
process and love the daily work to get there. |
 |
|
| I. |
Interest. Never
waste your life doing things you are not interested
in. If you aren't interested in your job,
quit and find one that does, or invent your own.
You should look forward to getting up in the morning
just to start working again. If you don't,
you must find another path. |
 |
|
| C. |
Confidence and Carefulness.
There is no reason for you not to be confident if
you remember the gifts God has given you.
But give great carefulness to the practice of your
craft. Great gifts demand great practice.
|
 |
|
| A. |
Action and accuracy.
Always plan your actions carefully. Never
take on more than you can handle. Set reasonable
goals and when you have finished, relax. |
 |
|
| T. |
Time. It is wrong
not to invest a least a little time each day towards
fulfilling your dreams and talents. You must
give time to your talents. It is your obligation
to God, who is patiently waiting to help you. |
 |
|
| I. |
Intelligence. Never let
anyone undermine your belief in your own intelligence.
Your mind is a miracle of God. Do something
every day to expand it. Stay away from junk
magazines, sensational newspapers and TV.
Study meaningful works. Avoid worldly gossip
and media hype. It pollutes the mind, creates
envy and confuses our values. |
 |
|
| O. |
Opportunity.
Never lose an opportunity to show the world what
you learned this week. Small opportunities
always lead to bigger ones. |
 |
|
| N. |
Naturalness. Always be
yourself and people will love you. Never conform
to any human expectations. The only person
you need to please is God--and by doing so, you
will please yourself and the people who count.
And you will become enormously happy and successful.
